REDUCTION OF PAY
MAUCH CHUNK, PA; April 13, 1877
The Lehigh Valley Railroad Company has ordered a reduction of 10 per cent on the salaries and pay of officers, conductors, baggage-masters, brakemen, firemen, mechanics, shopmen, clerks, agents, telegraph operators, station-men, foremen, and laborers to take effect from April 1st.
